The Citizen's Affairs Division is also open during the following hours.
(Sundays) The 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(Thursdays) Every Thursday (except national holidays and New Year holidays) until 19:00.

E as quintas-feiras (exceto feriados nacionais e feriados de final e início de ano), o horário se extende até as 19h00.

Ngoài giờ hành chính, Ban Thị dân ( 市民課 Shimin-ka ) còn mở cửa làm việc trong các khung thời gian sau.
Chủ Nhật tuần thứ 2 và tuần thứ 4 mỗi tháng, mở cửa làm việc từ 8:30-12:00.
Các ngày thứ Năm tăng cường thêm thời gian làm việc đến 19:00 (trừ kỳ nghỉ mừng năm mới và các ngày lễ trong năm)
