We respond to a wide range of inquiries in Japanese, English, Chinese, Portuguese and Vietnamese in order to better assist non-Japanese residents living in Higashihiroshima.

Newspapers available for reading
You can read books and newspapers from overseas and borrow some of them for free as well. *Subscriptions of magazines and JapanTimes have been canceled.

You can register yourself as an International Communication Volunteer at the counter.

Free legal consultations are available every two months.
