kiharaThere are many procedures you need to complete before moving. Once you have decided on your moving date, please complete these procedures as soon as possible.

For water and sewerage inquiries, please contact the Higashihiroshima City Water and Sewerage Customer Center at 082-423-6333 (Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM). (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
For electricity and gas, please check with your contracted company and contact them.
Also, obtain and submit "Relocation form" at the post office. If you are returning to your home country, you can write "Returning Home" on the new address field.

Về điện và ga: Xác nhận lại công ty ký hợp đồng và liên lạc.
Ngoài ra hãy đến bưu điện, nhận giấy chuyển nhà và nộp giấy này. Người về nước hãy điền vào mục "新住所 (Chỗ ở mới)" là "帰国 (Về nước)".
