Those who have applied for the special student payment option called Gakuseinoufutokurei（学生納付特例） for the National Pension will receive a renewal postcard every April. It's in a white envelope with "Japan Pension Service" written on it. This is a postcard for continuing to apply for the special student payment option. Please fill it out immediately and send it back to the Japan Pension Service.
