【Notice to People Enrolled in National Health Insurance】【国民健康保険（こくみんけんこうほけん）に　入（はい）っている人（ひと）へ】

You will receive two letters by mail from the City Office during the third to fourth week of July.
One comes in a gray envelope. It states the amount of National Health Insurance tax you must pay for the coming year and includes a payment slip for use at convenience stores.
The other comes in a light blue envelope. Those who use their Individual Number (My Number) card as their health insurance card will receive a "Notice of Eligibility Information" (Shikaku Joho no Oshirase). Those who do not use their My Number card as their health insurance card will receive an orange card called an "Eligibility Confirmation Certificate" (Shikaku Kakunin-sho). Please be sure to open the envelopes and check the contents.

７月（がつ）の第３～４週（しゅう）に、市役所（しやくしょ）から手紙（てがみ）が２つ　郵便（ゆうびん）で　届（とど）きます。
一つはグレーの封筒（ふうとう）です。これから１年間（ねんかん）国民健康保険税（こくみんけんこうほけんぜい）をいくら払（はら）うか書（か）いてあります。また、コンビニで払（はら）うための紙（かみ）も入（はい）っています。
もう１つは、水色（みずいろ）の封筒（ふうとう）です。マイナンバーを保険証（ほけんしょう）として使（つか）っている人（ひと）には、「資格情報（しかくじょうほう）のお知（し）らせ」が届（とど）きます。マイナンバーを保険証（ほけんしょう）として使（つか）っていない人（ひと）には、「資格確認書（しかくかくにんしょ）」というオレンジ色（いろ）のカードが届（とど）きます。必（かなら）ず封筒（ふうとう）を開（あ）けて、内容（ないよう）を確認（かくにん）してください。
