【Bicycle Regulations have become stricter】【自行车交通规则变得更加严格】【自転車（じてんしゃ）のルールが厳（きび）しくなりました】

A system called the “Blue Ticket” for cyclists came into effect in April 2026.
Cyclists may be issued tickets for traffic violations such as using a cell phone while riding and so on.

从2026年4月1日起，自行车也开始实行“交通反则通告制度（青色罚单）”。
16岁以上的自行车骑行者，如果违反交通规则，某些较严重或危险的违法行为可能会被开具“青色罚单”，并需要缴纳反则金（罚款）。例如，一边骑自行车一边使用手机等违法行为，可能会被处以反则金。

２０２６年４月、自転車（じてんしゃ）の「青切符（あおきっぷ）」システムが始（はじ）まりました。携帯電話（けいたいでんわ）を使（つか）いながら運転（うんてん）など交通違反（こうつう いはん）は、罰金（ばっきん）になります。
