（１）Japanese Classes Higashihiroshima (にほんごきょうしつ Higashihiroshima)

The classes are taught by professional Japanese instructors and volunteers.
There is a curriculum. It is necessary to apply in advance at the Communication Corner with bringing (1) your residence card, and (2) 2,000 yen.

NihongoⅠ	Students study from hiragana and katakana.
Nihongo II	The ability to read hiragana and katakana is required. Students learn to speak in everyday situations.
Nihongo III	Students learn to speak and write about a variety of topics. This class is designed for beginners of Japanese.
Kanji （October 2024～February 2025）	Students study the Kanji characters that you see in daily life. Students increase their vocabulary by studying Kanji characters.
Nihongo Ⅳ　（April 2025～）	Students increase their vocabulary in everyday life situations and learn to talk about themselves (JLPT N4 level). Here is the text we use → IRODORI

（２）Nihongo Wai Wai Classes (Japanese classes focused on speaking)

In this program, Japanese volunteers and foreign participants can enjoy conversation in groups, from which the foreign participants can learn the Japanese language. No application or fee is required. You can join anytime. You need to have Japanese language skills to be able to communicate easily with Japanese people. Click to see the leaflet and schedule.

（３）One-to-One Nihongo (enjoy talking with a native speaker of Japanese on a one-to-one basis)

Japanese volunteers and foreigners are paired to practice speaking Japanese.
Please come to Communication Corner to apply.

Note: This program is not available for those with zero Japanese language ability.
It is free of charge.

　（４）Nihongo Hiroba U-18

　 A class aimed at foreign children and school students (6-18 years old), in which volunteers help with study support for school subjects, etc. No payment is required. Please register at the Communication Corner before coming to the classroom.
