By law, all residents between the ages of 20 and 59, regardless of nationality, must enroll in the National Pension system and pay pension contributions.
If you have financial difficulty, you may apply for contribution exemption system or payment postponement system for each year. Your application will be examined and if you meet the eligibility requirements, your contributions may be exempted or postponed.

Failure to complete the required procedures may affect your residence status and could result in the loss of your residence status.

If you have received the notice shown on the flyer, please visit the Kure Pension Office, 2-11 Takara-machi, Kure-shi, by Monday, July 31.
Office hours: Mondays through Fridays, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.　Closed on Saturdays,Sundays and holidays.
Please bring:
the letter shown on the flyer
your IDs (your passport, residence card, and My Number card)
If you are a student, your student ID card as well.

法律（ほうりつ）で、日本（にほん）に住（す）む２０歳（さい）以上（いじょう）６０歳（さい）未満（みまん）の人（ひと）は、外国人（がいこくじん）も国民年金（こくみんねんきん）に入（はい）って、保険料（ほけんりょう）を払（はら）わなければいけません。保険料（ほけんりょう）を払（はら）うのがむずかしい人（ひと）は、免除（めんじょ）または猶予（ゆうよ）の申込（もうしこみ）手続（てつづ）きをすることができます。審査（しんさ）され、免除（めんじょ）や猶予（ゆうよ）が認（みと）められる場合（ばあい）もあります。

必要（ひつよう）な手続（てつづ）きをしないと、あなたの在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）に影響（えいきょう）し、在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）を失（うしな）う可能性（かのうせい）があります。

この手紙（てがみ）をもらった人（ひと）は、７月（がつ）３１日（にち）（月：げつようび）までに、呉市（くれし）宝町（たからまち）2-11、呉年金事務所（くれ ねんきんじむしょ）に来（き）てください。月曜日（げつようび）から金曜日（きんようび）、８時（じ）１５分（ふん）から１７時（じ）15（ふん）まで。土曜日（どようび）日曜日（にちようび）祝日（しゅくじつ）は休（やす）み。
持（も）っていくもの：チラシにあるこの手紙（てがみ）、ID（パスポート、在留（ざいりゅう）カード、マイナンバーカード）。学生（がくせい）の人（ひと）は、学生証（がくせいしょう）も。
