All certificate services will be unavailable during the following times:
Wednesday, January 14: from 9:00 a.m. for the entire day
From Friday, January 16 at 5:00 p.m. through Sunday, January 18 (all day)

所有证明书暂停时间：
1月14日（周三） 从上午9点开始，全天暂停
1月16日（周五） 17点起 ～ 1月18日（周日） 全天暂停
