According to the Immigration Services Agency, cases of fraud involving individuals posing as staff members of consultation service agencies across Japan have been reported. These individuals have been contacting foreign residents through social media and fraudulently obtaining money or other valuables from them.

Please be advised that consultation service staff will NEVER ask you for money or other valuables.

根据日本出入国在留管理厅的消息，已经有诈骗案件被报告。有骗子冒充外国人咨询窗口的工作人员，通过社交媒体（SNS）联系外国人，并骗取钱财等。

外国人咨询窗口的工作人员绝对不会要求您提供钱或物品。

Segundo a Agência de Serviços de Imigração, foi relatado caso de fraude. Uma pessoa, alegando falsamente ser conselheira em um centro de atendimento, contatou uma vítima pelas redes sociais e a enganou, roubando-lhe dinheiro e outros bens.

Funcionários do setor de atendimento para estrangeiros jamais solicitará dinheiro ou bens. Desconfie!

出入国在留管理庁（しゅつにゅうこく ざいりゅう かんりちょう）によると、詐欺（さぎ）の事件（じけん）が報告（ほうこく）されています。相談窓口（そうだんまどぐち）の相談員（そうだんいん）だとうそをつく人（ひと）からSNSで連絡（れんらく）が来（き）て、お金（かね）などを騙（だま）し取（と）られました。

外国人（がいこくじん）相談窓口（そうだんまどぐち）の相談員（そうだんいん）が、お金（かね）や物（もの）をくださいと言（い）うことは絶対（ぜったい）ありません。
